Try a 5k!

September is the perfect time to participate in a 5k walk/run. The weather is beautiful, and the fresh air will make anyone happy. Remember, even if you are not a runner, you can still participate in the walk! There are many benefits to participating in a 5k besides the obvious health factors including finding a community, supporting a good cause, feeling proud of yourself, and getting free stuff!Here are several 5k events in September in different areas of  Wisconsin and Minnesota.
